CONVERT RASTER FILE TO VECTOR:

Convert your raster file to a BMP format and load the raster file into Wintopo. Clean up the raster image by performing raster thinning, or edge detection.

Vectorise the thinned raster to a single colour vector. Experiment with menu options to obtain best result.

Save the Vector image to a AutoCAD DXF file.

Save the vectors to AutoCAD DXF or other vector formats.

Load the vector file into your favorite CAD Software. Create a new layer to trace and re-size from the original vectors.
